Our effort to make our customers satisfied is untiring. But regardless of what we provide, you may not be satisfied as a customer. Having that in mind, we offer refunds on some conditions. Our refund policy is as follows.

If you are experiencing a technical issue, before requesting a refund, let our support team help resolve the issue. We are more than happy to help you. Before a refund will be granted, you must allow us to try and help solve your problem. You can contact us through the support forum, email us ([email protected]) or use the live support system when we are available. if you found our product (that you purchased) completely unusable even after support from our team, you can claim a refund.

Cases we offer a refund

  • If the theme you purchased is completely non-functional.
  • If we fail to respond to your support post in 48 hours (business days only).
  • If the main product description does not match what it actually offers.

Cases we don’t offer any refund

  • You have changed your mind about an item.
  • You bought an item by mistake and the product(s) were sent/already downloaded by you.
  • It has already been 15 days since you have purchased our Theme.
  • We don’t offer a refund for any feature you ask for that is not listed in our product description. (N.B: It is best for you to check the feature list and if the product has any demo preview, then check it too)
